Oxygen Personal Training Programs

Our Certified Personal Trainers can help you with all of this plus motivate you to work harder, and stronger!
Our different personal training programs will allow you to look great and feel better after each session!
- Quick Fit Program/Back to Basics
3 Sessions with a personal trainer to include: Overview of facility, and proper use of all equipment, body fat measurements, weigh in, cardio vascular test, balance and stabilization training, light weight training, core and flexibility training.
- Small Group Personal Training
If you’re bored working out alone, get some friends, coworkers, and family members to train with you. (2-3 member minimum)
5 Sessions with a personal trainer to include: Overview of facility, and proper use of all equipment, body fat measurements and weigh in, cardiovascular endurance using treadmills, ellipticals, and stairmasters, weight training, and core/flexibility training.
Our certified personal trainers have the knowledge and ability to put their clients on programs to improve your fitness levels in many ways which will enhance your stability level, strength level, flexibility level and overall health. Long term goal training will allow you to establish a relationship with a personal trainer and see the results that you set forth. After working out consistently with a personal trainer, you will soon start to see your health and fitness level go to the next level.
